Which brings me to my next point. I need two other roommates. I am thinking that if we stay right around $800, that would be good and probably not get us the sketchiest and shittiest place in the world. Like that place right off of 4th and Charles Allen. Also that would mean, three of us equals about 270$ a month for rent. Not bad. Ideally I'd like for it to be in midtown. I realize that this might not be possible. But I really don't want to be in the suburbs, I don't want to be in Sandy Springs, and that will only be a last resort. I am not moving any further north than where I am now. Not even a mile. Decatur-Emory are is also good, but I am not sure exactly how rent runs right around there. I know it's cheap in Chamblee and Doraville, but you have to like Koreans and Mexicans and, admittedly, know how to get around and act.
I really only have three requests: Make rent on time, no drug problems, and, most importantly, no vegans.
I realize that I am pretty much wasting my time, because no one really reads this, but still any takers?
Perhaps it seems a little in advance, but I like to plan shit like this out that way I know how to budget my money.
And I don't really want a resume unless you are writing it like and 'Overqualified'. But if you botch it, well...

But then again you probably wouldn't want to share and apartment with her. I'm not quite sure I would.
Or at least preach at me for some silly reason or another. She is too intense. Plus isn't she like 10 years older than me?
I mean there's nothing wrong with her.
I just think living with her would result in a death match.
And landlords make you pay if you get blood on the carpet.

if not though...
But yeah, you wouldn't want to live with her and she probably wouldn't want to live with you because it seems like the only teenager she can stand is me and even then most of the time I'm "too naive and sheltered".
yeah, it was a crappy joke.
